I love food and your blog is incredible.
I live in LA so can’t chime in on incredible NYC restaurants BUT I am sad that you went to the Belaggio for the buffet.
Don’t hate forever though.. the brunch buffet at the Wynn is made of magical pork goodness. For reals. I swear.

I also remember going to Todai in Las Vegas. The first time I went there (which was also years ago), it was great. But after that, the quality declined.

I remember going to the Buffet at Bellagio a few times with the quality slowly going down. This was years ago. Perhaps the economic times also lowered the quality.
