@lenni – I’m a huge fan of Ssam, but even if it’s part of a prix fixe, it seems pricey for ddukbokki. Ddukbokki is dirt cheap, and I make it at home all the time (it’s pretty easy). But then again, it is Chang… I may try it one day.

speaking of fried ddukbokki – have you had the prix fixe option at momofuku ssam? it’s spicy & savory with that hint of crispiness. worth the $25 if you add the pork buns and dessert.
